Mission Statement
The goal of Guidance ~N~ Action is to help students enhance their understanding and conceptual outlook of life; develop and maintain greater coping and adaptation skills toward school; and increase existing opportunities to explore new arenas of school life. It is also the mission of Guidance ~N ~Action to train students to become generational employers and not employees.

Vision

The vision of Guidance ~N ~Action is to enhance the culture and climate of public school students by utilizing the students in all aspects of school life. If children are to become responsible adults, they must be allowed to prove themselves as responsible youth and be made to feel that they have a significant place in society.

Core Values

S.E.A.M.

These core values express our most sacred, non negotiable beliefs on education. We incorporate them into every facet of school life, in addition to using them as a guide in our everyday school, community, and home activities.

1. Sense of Self Worth- Students value themselves and make the connection between their contribution to the school climate based on academic, personal/social, and career development growth.

2. Empowerment and Entrepreneurship- Students see themselves as an integral part of the success of the school+ Entrepreneurship- Students see the club as a personal investment and will train others how to work in that capacity.

3. Active Engagement of Students- Students stay actively involved in all phases of club participation.

4. Mentors- Students sincerely value the opportunity to see growth in the students that have been entrusted in their care.
